I am disappointed with what are excessive shipping cost! Customer Service - We apologize that we did not send a notification on the reduced charge for your order like we normally do if we are able to reduce shipping costs. We do look for lower cost shipping options whenever possible (this does depend on the size and weight of the items and the shipping to and from addresses and time frame needed) and for this order we were able to use Priority Mail instead of Ground.
